Responsibilities:

An Information Technology Systems Integrator will work closely with business partners to perform various levels of business analysis, project management and application integration/development. Duties include the creation of and support for applications and project management through the entire life cycle of application development. These duties also include working closely with vendors to integrate their systems into a value-added part of the business area’s systems.

 

Application development will be expected utilizing Company standard development tools, including .NET languages, C#, Web development and databases such as SQL and Microsoft Server. Critical competencies for this position include: business partnering, critical thinking, communication, drive for results, and technical/professional skills.

 

  • Opportunities to work directly with internal business partners and the IT Services team to identify areas to create and deliver value-added IT solutions.
  • Opportunities to lead projects from the Proposal Phase thru Implementation and Close-out using the MPC Project Management Process.
  • Opportunities to work with a diverse team of IT Integrators and IT Business Analysts to ensure that solutions are implemented in a consistent manner across the business partners and proper collaboration is in place across IT in general.
  • Analyze, design, develop, test, modify, implement and support programs or systems, including in-house developed and third-party purchased applications.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Company standard development tools, programming languages, system design concepts, and analysis techniques.
  • Understand the security and compliance requirements of applications and business areas. Utilize appropriate methods, controls and documentation.
  • Application development experience using Company standard development tools is a plus
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, web development, SQL is preferred
  • Understanding of business analysis, project management, requirements gathering, testing is a plus
  • Understanding of SAP is a plus

 

Qualifications:

  • Required Major: Computer Science & Engineering; Computer Science & Engineering Technology; Management Information Systems; Computer Information Systems; Information Systems & Analytics; Computer Engineering; Software Engineering and Computer Science
  • Education Level: Baccalaureate or higher degree
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time indefinite basis without the need for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Military experience a plus
