Reports to the Maintenance Manager, EAM/Oracle and will work with operations and maintenance of a multi-unit gas processing facility in planning Maintenance and Inventory Control to limit process downtime.  Ensure that all work is in compliance with company standards, procedures, and government requirements.


As a team member, this person will also assist in other Administrative, Maintenance, Inventory, Engineering and EH&S related activities.




  • Enter into Oracle EAM asset information accurately and based on the standard setup format.
  • Maintain asset data integrity whether in Oracle or on site job books.
  • Review maintenance performance data and implement appropriate corrective actions.
  • Create preventative maintenance work orders based on the mechanical integrity program.
  • Assist the Warehouse Coordinator with recommended min/max quantities.
  • Participate in all Safety, Environmental and Emergency Management activities.
  • Define and maintain the bill of materials (parts list) for preventative maintenance plans.
  • Assist the Warehouse Coordinator with having all parts on site prior to scheduled shutdown activities and also returned to inventory items not used in those repairs.
  • Acting as liaison between Operations, Maintenance, Construction, and Pipeline.
  • Verify that mechanical integrity documentation is completed and stored in an accessible manner.
  • Work with management to plan and forecast upcoming work.
  • Maintain productive relationships with external customers including; contractors, vendors, government agencies, and regulatory agencies.
  • Create and run reports that show asset maintenance history and documentation as requested.








  • Experience – Two-three years related experience and/or training. Oracle experience is a plus.
