Summary

Maintain all applicable contracts in the CLM database and confirm that contract terms are being followed. Ensure that the natural gas gathering system allocations, for our customers, is performed accurately and timely each month.

 

Job Description

  • Work with the Scheduling and Measurement group to develop monthly estimates.
  • Perform monthly gathering system allocations for customers and respond to all statement inquiries.
  • Work closely with the Scheduling group to coordinate customer nominations prior to monthly allocations and to help customers manage their gas imbalances.
  • Review customer statements prior to distribution to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the measurement group to balance the gathering system and identify potential meter errors.
  • Perform a reconciliation for each downstream pipeline OBA contract.
  • Maintain the system Lost and Unaccounted for report and coordinate with the field measurement personnel to ensure its accuracy.
  • Provide allocated volumes to the Plant Analysts so they can complete their monthly plant allocations.
  • Work with Business Development to provide data requests for potential projects.
  • Provide documentation for Sarbanes-Oxley testing and other audits.
  • Complete and file State and Federal reports.
  • Coordinate new and amended contracts with the Business Development to ensure the proper nomination and allocation of our customers gas.
  • Perform contract price escalations each month for applicable contracts.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business-related field required.
  • Work experience in the natural gas industry preferred. 
  • Experience with CLM and contract management preferred.
  • Experience with Excel and Word required.
