This position is responsible for the coordination of the safety, security and pipeline regulatory compliance programs.  This individual will be required to initiate compliance processes, provide training, develop procedures and track overall compliance. 




  • Coordinate the safety and security compliance programs
  • Provide support for the development, implementation and monitoring of pipeline management systems
  • Primary emphasis will include the following areas:
  • Integrity management programs
  • Operator qualification
  • Operator and maintenance manuals
  • Public awareness
  • Conduct compliance training and maintain records accordingly
  • Interface with regulatory agencies
  • Develop and maintain procedures and written programs
  • Facilitate the plant safety committee




None directly.  Although, is responsible for overseeing project work, training and primary resource for environmental, safety and security processes.

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Job will require public speaking engagements and report writing. 
  • Basic computer skills to include knowledge of Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Current valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to prepare reports, exercise discretion when dealing with confidential information, recordkeeping and analyze/summarize raw data.
  • Must be a self-starter who works well with plant personnel, management, public, regulatory agencies, and customers.
