POSITION SUMMARY: This position will perform any operations or construction projects related to MarkWest’s Argo/Hidalgo Plant. Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Display outstanding ethical and leadership skills.
• Supervising operations, technicians and mechanics working in assigned facilities.
• Managing daily operations for Argo/Hidalgo Plant.
• Optimizing recoveries in all recovery modes.
• Managing the construction of compression and processing facilities.
• Maintain PSM, Corporate, and Safety compliance.
• Maintain Environmental compliance.
• Maintain clean, safe, desirable, efficient working conditions.
• Assisting in construction projects at any MarkWest facility on an as needed basis.
• Maintain excellent customer’s relations.
• Always represent MarkWest in a professional and ethical manner.
• Reporting and repairing any unsafe condition or situation that would compromise the integrity of any MarkWest equipment or locations.
• Making any or all repairs as deemed reasonable and safe.
• Maintain excellent personnel documentation.
• Perform Lock Out / Tag Out procedures.
• Operate Compressor Stations and Pipeline operations as needed.
• Maintaining accurate shutdown and safety record checks on construction projects.
• Maintaining all required documentation for safety management.
• Operating a company vehicle.
• Maintaining the company vehicle at all times to ensure safety to him/her and the equipment that he/she will operate.
• Maintaining the tools and equipment issued to him/her.
• Take call on a regular or if needed basis.
• Work weekends if needed.
• Ordering any parts as needed or for construction projects

SUPERVISORY DUTIES: Supervision of Operators, Technicians and crews

• 5-10 years of applicable experience.
• Self-motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to coordinate, prioritize and execute many tasks at once.
