POSITION SUMMARY:

Facilitates execution and analyzes ampm Franchise programs in support of improving brand image, store performance, and ampm marketing programs.  Facilitates and liaises with the retail operations team and the ampm Marketing team to implement seamless execution of such programs.  Provides input into bi-monthly work plans and helps oversee activities to ensure ability to implement with competing demands.  Provides leadership and continuity between National retail marketing programs and regional tests and programs.  Supports the on-line tools to facilitate communication and information management to the ampm locations and retail operations team.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaises with BP ampm Marketing in the development and communication of the bi-monthly workplans, delivers weekly communication to the ampm network and field operations team, supports Showcase content as required and updated.  Develops the SalesForce surveys that are completed by the field the support and measure the compliance of the network on delivery of promotional activities.
  • Assists ampm Marketing team with communicating reset schedules.  Tracks and communicates issues/date changes, etc.
  • Oversees and directs third party vendor to ensure New To Industry (NTI) sites get assistance with site preparedness, ensuring planograms and layouts are updated and ensures all parties involved have up to date information. 
  • Sends communications to Franchisees and Dealers on various programs and also as needed by the business.
  • Provides analysis reporting on asset management decisions on multi-site operators – using a template, pulls information together in PowerPoint.
  • Provides support for the Retail Field organization, stays current on programs, and looks for ways to improve processes.
  • Coordinates closely with a third-party vendor to plan, organize, and deploy annual Dealer Road Shows.
  • As needed, may assist and coordinate annual business meetings (FBC Days)
  • Assists with Power BI reports and creation of slide presentations

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience required, including experience supporting marketing programs.
