General Job Summary
Monitors and instructs drivers while loading at rack. Responsible for all inventory in and out of terminal. Perform minor maintenance of all product loading/unloading at the terminal facility in a safe and orderly manner. This is a DOT safety sensitive position.

Major Job Tasks
1. Provides supervision and instruction of drivers on the finished product loading rack. Monitors bills of lading to ensure their accuracy. Truck load on the computer all products (i.e.; butane, propane, etc.) not metered through the finished product rack. (40%)
2. Inputs daily to computer any and all changes to BOL’s runs daily sales recap and liftings report. Transmits daily information to corporate office. (15%)
3. Provides minor maintenance of all equipment at terminals (replacing loading and unloading hoses, meter parts. etc.) (10%)
4. Maintains cleanliness of terminal area by washing crude and product racks, keeping grounds trash free, emptying trash barrels, and other housekeeping duties as needed or assigned. (10%)
5. Calibrates additive injectors and provides maintenance and programming on ProPac batch controllers. (5)
6. Monitors and performs minor maintenance on Vapor Recovery Unit (changeout nitrogen cylinders, etc.) (5%)
7. Monitors and maintains the injection well (cleaning strainer and maintaining daily logs). (5%)
8. Gauges tanks (5%)
9. Checks fire extinguishers and other fire equipment on monthly basis. (5%)
10. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

1. Thorough knowledge of department practices and procedures.

Education and Experience
Vocational or specialized training and 1-2 years experience and or equivalent
combination of education and experience.

stoop to use hand and/or power tools. Major portions of the day require this activity.
7. Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: Heavy physical effort up to 50 pounds. Major portions of the
day may require lifting.
8. Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Major portions of daily work require application of
manual skills involving motor coordination and finger dexterity.
9. Must comply with OSHA Respiratory Protection guidelines and the company
respiratory protection program which includes a medical evaluation and fit test to
determine the ability to wear a respirator. Must be able to don appropriate
respiratory equipment to protect the employee whenever respirators are required

Work Environment
1. Work is typically performed outside a regular office in a terminal setting.
2. Heavy exposure to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and
flammable substances.
3. Moderate exposure to electrical shock, bright or dim lighting, wet or humid
conditions, and extreme heat (non-weather).
4. Major exposure to extreme heat and cold, moving mechanical parts, high and
unstable places, loud noise, and vibrations.
5. Heavy exposure to outdoor weather conditions including wind, rain, snow and heat.
6. This is a DOT Safety Sensitive Position due to pipeline equipment work.
