About the Job

This position is part of the Health, Environment, Safety & Security organization within Logistics & Storage Terminals covering light product terminals, asphalt terminals, fleets and garages. The position interfaces with other Environmental Analytical Processors, Environmental Professionals, Environmental Technicians and Facility Operations to ensure that reporting requirements for the covered facilities are met.

 

Responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly and annual air emission calculations for approximately 30 terminals;

2. Prepare, review and/or submit annual air emission inventory reports to state agencies;

3. Prepare, review, and submit National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) for 25 terminals to state agencies;

4. Prepare, review, and/or submit compliance and deviation reports on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis;

5. Maintain environmental records in L&S Terminal’s electronic record management system;

6. Provide on-going record support (day-to-day operations, audit preparation/closure, terminal projects);

7. Coordinate the permitting process – Tracking expiration dates, distributing new permits to Environmental Professionals and consultants, coordinating review, and entering PRRS into OIS;

8. Correct T&C file listings and OIS permits so that listings are up-to-date and expired permits/registrations are not being used;

9. Review and pay permit fees, emission fees, etc.;

10. Execute and support L&S Terminal’s HES&S initiatives/programs; and

11. Support for the field Environmental Professionals with tasks throughout the year;

 

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of related experience in a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
