POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Organizational Development consultant will be responsible for building an infrastructure that connects all areas across the enterprise.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Designs, Implements, and manages Performance & Succession Management programs, processes, and/or technology to improve organizational, team, and individual effectiveness and performance. Ensures programs align to talent strategies.
  • Manages employee engagement data pools and coordination, distribution, and follow-up of results and action plans. 
  • Conducts stakeholder assessments, assesses risks, and identifies appropriate change management tactics to drive organizational alignment. 
  • Collects and analyses Performance & Succession Management data and designs effective survey and program evaluations to address client needs. Develops strategy to evaluate effectiveness of assigned programs and processes gauge their success.
  • Designs and delivers workshops, training and learning activities that impact participant knowledge and performance in support of initiatives, programs, and processes. 
  • Facilitates discussions on program requirements, roles, and responsibilities and creates tools and resources to support assigned programs. 
  • Partners effectively with HR Business Partners to develop Performance & Succession Management program strategies, clarification, and data support.  Collaborates with Leadership and Business Partners to drive strong alignment.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organization development or related field required
  • 6-10 years of organizational development, talent management, or relevant work experience required
