Role Overview:

 

The Move to Production Service Delivery Coordinator provides and coordinates all aspects of move to production in support of the Information Technology Department’s change management processes.  These responsibilities include processing the Project and Portfolio Management action queue daily for IT move to production asset items and coordination of contracted Move to Production capabilities.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Processes the Project and Portfolio Management action queue daily for IT move to production asset items.
  • Provides daily follow up, training, and support of our contracted partners.
  • Works closely with MPC support team to troubleshoot Move to Production concerns.
  • Leads and follows up with the on-going Move to Production Server and Database AD Group update projects.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains Move to Production guidelines and training documentation.
  • Remains proficient in the use of PPM, SQL Server, WebAMP, AutoSys, SSRS, Excel, and supporting processes.
  • Provides daily support for the IT client base and is reactive to IT management prioritization and business needs.

  • Has a strong analytical mind, able to rapidly digest technological concepts
  • Is able to solve complex problems
  • Is able to build and maintain excellent relationships with the customer
  • Is a self-starter with the ability to work with all levels of customer’s management with minimum direct supervision
  • Has strong presentation and communication skills. Candidate must be able to clearly communicate technical approaches and findings. 
  • Demonstrates leadership attributes

     

    Qualifications:

     

  • 4-6 years of experience in a technical, professional role for an enterprise.
  • Functional knowledge of HP Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), SQL Server, WebAMP, AutoSys, Robocopy, SSRS, Excel, Excel Macro’s, and MS SharePoint is required.
  • Ability to apply project management techniques to successfully organize tasks and initiatives
  • Outstanding organizational and oral and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand new technologies and concepts
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
  • Ability to provide detailed reporting

     

 
 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred(Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Systems Security, Electrical Engineering, Physical Sciences) or equivalent background and experience
  • Prior experience in a Move to Production role in an enterprise environment
  • Experience working in both information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) environments
  • Solid understanding change management processes and segregation of duties concepts'
