POSITION SUMMARY:

The HR Systems Administrator position is member of the HR systems team that works closely with Human Resources consultants and Information Technology business analysts to configure, administer and enhance our cloud-based HR applications.  

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages the operation of cloud-based HR applications such as administering security settings, working with user accounts, defining population domains, creating and editing forms/notifications and loading files.
  • Updates cloud-based applications, including configuration, planning, implementation, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
  • Serves as liaison between function HR and IT support.
  • Coordinates upgrades including related configuration, training, data integration processes and testing.
  • Researches and resolves technical and functional issues; including analyzing system errors.
  • Identifies opportunities for business or process improvement and optimization; makes recommendations and implements as approved.
  • Collects and researches specific business requirements for projects and enhancements to modules, identifies requirements, gathers data, system and reporting specifications.
  • Creates and maintains system documentation.
  • Develops and executes scheduled and ad hoc reports.
  • Masters and maintains detailed knowledge of product-suite with an awareness of opportunities to expand solutions and services.

 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, IT or related field is required. 
  • Experience with integrated cloud-based HR systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and analysis skills.
  • Excellent teamwork, verbal and written communication (including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms).
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Strong facilitation/consulting skills.
