POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will help perform coordination of operations and maintenance as well as writing maintenance procedures and ordering material for work as needed.

 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Review maintenance performance data and implement appropriate corrective actions.
•Define/Create preventative maintenance plans, approve requisitions and work request.
•Submit New Item Request form to Inventory Manager.
•Maintain productive relationships with external customers including; contractors, vendors, government agencies, and regulatory agencies.
•Create and Schedule work orders, Perform work order completion.
•Participate in all Safety, Environmental and Emergency Management activities.
•Communicate with outside vendors and customers.
•Define bill of materials (parts list) for preventative maintenance plans.
•Acting as liaison between Operations, Maintenance and Pipeline Pigging operations. Review isolation plans, P&ID and validations, support mechanical integrity program and other tasks.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

•5 years of industry experience
•Self-motivated with the ability to work well with others
•Strong organization skills
•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
•Working knowledge of Oracle a plus
•Ability to coordinate, prioritize and execute many tasks at once

Working Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may work in outside weather conditions and with flammable liquids. The employee may work in high, precarious places and exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, acidic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

 


Materials and Equipment Used:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly use computers, phone, fax, copier, map printer/plotter and operate a motor vehicle.
